Steph is the Marketing, Administration and Events Executive for Bayleys’ Funds & Investment Products team, bringing a strong blend of creativity, organisation and client‑focused support to the division.

Steph joined Bayleys in 2024 as a Personal Assistant to one of the company’s top residential sales teams, gaining valuable frontline experience in high‑performance real estate environments before stepping into her current role in 2025. Her background spans customer service, sales and project coordination across several industries, giving her a well‑rounded skill set and a natural ability to connect with people.

Known for her personable nature, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, Steph plays a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating events and ensuring seamless administrative operations across the division.

Outside of work, Steph is actively involved in several clubs and committees, reflecting her strong community spirit and passion for building meaningful connections.

Bayleys Funds and Investment Products Division

Established in 2001, Bayleys Funds and Investment Products Division provides investors with access to premium, high yielding property investment opportunities across a range of property sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, agricultural and tourism.

Investment in a property fund is a relatively easy and straightforward way for investors to participate in the ownership of institutional grade properties at an entry level price – often as little as $10,000.

Investors’ funds are pooled, and they become investment partners in good buildings, with good tenants and long leases. The property is fully managed on behalf of the investors with returns distributed monthly into the investors’ bank account along with the potential for capital growth.

We have a very wide range of investors who participate, ranging from those who investment the minimum through to those who invest many millions across multiple offerings. Opportunities to invest in other investment products, including real estate debt are also available through Bayleys. In a real estate debt investment, investors’ funds are pooled and used to provide a loan to a borrower, with the borrower repaying the loan with interest.
