Charlie Tudehope

Client Solutions Manager

Charlie Tudehope is a client solutions manager within Bayleys’ national Capital Markets and Occupier Strategy and Solutions teams, operating out of the Auckland head office. In this role, Charlie plays a pivotal part in driving client success across the country by delivering tailored strategic property solutions and facilitating complex transactions in both sales and leasing.

With a mandate that spans institutional, corporate, and private clients, Charlie serves as a key relationship lead, aligning real estate strategy with business objectives. His deep understanding of market dynamics, coupled with robust financial modelling capabilities and pitch leadership, enables him to identify value-creating opportunities and craft bespoke investment strategies across multiple asset classes.

Charlie began his property career with Bayleys in 2019 in the Wellington Valuation and Advisory Services team, where he developed specialist expertise in the commercial and industrial sectors across the wider Wellington region. This foundational experience provided exposure to a broad range of national and international mandates, equipping him with the analytical rigour and market insight essential for effective nationwide advisory.

Today, Charlie works closely with Bayleys’ senior leadership and specialist teams to lead end-to-end proposal and pitch processes, manage performance reporting, and drive business development across New Zealand. His national remit, hands-on analytical approach, and client-first mindset make him a trusted advisor for occupiers and investors navigating dynamic commercial real estate environments.
