Tatsio joined the Bayleys Residential Property Management team in 2025 as a dedicated Property Manager responsible for his own Portfolio spread across Auckland. From early 2026, Tatsio has been a key driving force behind the growth in our East Coast Bays and West Auckland regions, assisting multiple offices in those areas with Residential Property Management needs.

He is a multi-award winning and certified Residential Property Manager, and we are incredibly lucky to have him on our team. He also brings a wealth of skills in business acumen, operational management, leadership, and regulatory expertise; built over a diverse career. These skills are essential for effective property management. His commitment to client satisfaction and problem-solving has set him apart, as reflected in the glowing testimonials he receives.

Tatsio joined the industry in 2023 as a dedicated Property Manager for another Auckland based Property Management Company, where he had a rather successful start to his career in the industry and developed an excellent foundation of industry knowledge, experience, and skills. He won 'Rising Star of the Year' at the 2024 PMC (Property Managers Conference) Awards in Wellington and the POD/ Duo of the Year at the 2025 TMC (Tenancy Master Class) Awards in Auckland.

Prior to Property Management entirely, Tatsio completed a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Management with Merit at Massey University. Leveraging his academic background, he demonstrates strong business acumen, complemented by well-honed customer service, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills developed over a diverse professional journey. In addition to this, Tatsio has obtained the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Property Management, achieving this in one month.

Tatsio's vibrant personality is an asset to our team, and it’s no surprise that his nine years' experience working with kids drives his energy, fun, and humour. His professionalism and excellent communication skills are consistently praised by clients, qualities that have led to recognition within the industry.

Outside of the office, Tatsio has a passionate interest in collecting and investing in basketball cards and memorabilia. He keeps a close watch on the NBA and Black Caps. Tatsio prioritises his health through a well-rounded lifestyle, including regular home gym workouts and a mostly balanced diet (he tries!), while also having a book around personal growth, business or leadership on the go.
