Over the last 20 years, Ruili has been employed in a variety of management roles, she has a background in marketing communication and personal finance. This has given Ruili the ability to individualise, she listens to her clients and provides service based on their needs. Ruili’s aim is to reduce the workload for landlords, while safeguarding their investment.

Ruili understands first-hand the concerns landlords have as she has both owned and managed her own rental properties for the last 20 years. Ruili also enjoys interior design and has renovated and sold 18 properties over the last 20 years, giving her great insight into how to get the best return while keeping the expense down.

Ruili is a self-driven individual who speaks both Mandarin and English; she enjoys socialising, sightseeing with her family and participating in a small group activities.

Ruili grows and maintains her client base through word of mouth, she would welcome any referral and is always happy to follow up any lead which comes her way.
