With nine years of diverse property management experience, Nicole has excelled in both residential and commercial sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Property, from Massey University and has managed an impressive portfolio range, from high-end luxury homes to new builds, apartments, character homes and units.

When she was in her previous role, Nicole solo-managed 120 properties in Devonport and handled a boutique portfolio in Wanaka. Her dedication and expertise were recognised with numerous awards, including Runner-up Rising Star at the 2021 REINZ awards.

Nicole's deep knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and her genuine care for clients and tenants distinguish her in the industry.
