Stunning lakeside site poised for exclusive residential or hotel project

A luxury apartment complex, boutique hotel or residential enclave are among the development possibilities mooted for a stunning lakefront site for sale in Queenstown.

Sale is by way of deadline private treaty closing on Thursday 26 October, unless the property is sold prior.

Steven Kirk said the potential scale of development was heightened by the substantial land area and its high-density residential zoning under the Queenstown Lakes District Plan.
