Steve is the Leasing Director - Office and Retail Leasing, and Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions for Bayleys Knight Frank. He leads the office and retail leasing teams across wider Auckland, while providing expert strategic advice and brokerage services for corporate and public sector clients occupying key office premises in Auckland city. Prior to joining Bayleys, Steve was a Partner with Russell McVeagh, one of New Zealand’s leading law firms, in the real estate and construction team. He has extensive experience advising on complex real estate transactions, including development, divestment/acquisition and construction, and has acted for various private clients and institutions.
