Steve is the National Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions for Bayleys Knight Frank. He provides expert strategic advice to corporate and public sector clients that occupy real estate, but for which real estate is not a core activity. In addition to strategic advisory services, he provides project managed brokerage and tenant representation services all commercial asset classes - office, industrial and retail - and all of New Zealand. He works closely with our complementary business lines – particularly capital markets, office leasing, and industrial and logistics – to provide an end-to-end service.
Prior to joining Bayleys, Steve was a Partner with Russell McVeagh, one of New Zealand’s leading law firms, in the real estate and construction team. He has extensive experience advising on complex real estate transactions, including development, divestment/acquisition and construction, and has acted for various private clients and institutions.
