Alongside his professional career, Raymond has dedicated over two decades to coaching rugby, achieving notable success at both representative and premier club level. Despite gaining the qualifications to coach professionally, he chose to remain an amateur - committed to giving back to grassroots rugby and maintaining focus on his career in real estate.
