Following a successful sales career Mark has bought his experience to Waiheke Island where he strives to ensure Bayleys clients continue to enjoy an unmatched experience in real estate. Currently leading the team at Bayleys Waiheke, Mark’s commitment is second to none. Having come from a role as a top performing salesperson with the Bayleys brand his consistent sales history and being awarded many regional and national awards over the years allows him to work effectively at the front line assisting his team. Mark’s collaborative mindset helps nurture a culture which is conducive to success; an environment where each individual feels comfortable, confident and supported.

A vast network of contacts built up throughout his career, support Mark’s focus to ensure maximum value is achieved on every property sale he is involved in. As a strong believer in the team approach Mark understands the needs to listen to his clients’ ideas, goals and wishes prior to any strategies being implemented. Born and bred in the Drury area and schooled at St Kentigerns, Mark completed a degree in management studies at Waikato University. Upon completion of his studies, Mark’s love of the land and farming saw him on the land milking cows as a sharemilker for 18 years prior to joining the rural team for Bayleys initially.

Mark is a staunch Vodafone Warriors supporter and is looking forward to the Warriors being back at Mount Smart Stadium, as well as following rugby league Mark has wide sporting interests, which includes golf where he plays off a low handicap and has travelled far caddying.
