James has worked within New Zealand banks for 15 years. Over that time he was able to work across a number of sectors and segments including Property Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, Business, Commercial and Corporate banking.

​Through this experience James grew an interest, passion & understanding of particular industries such as education, particularly early childhood, the broader Food & Beverage sector and any revenue model where contracted and recurring income exists.

​James believes in challenging the status quo, surrounding oneself with great people and being compassionate and helping others.

​Outside of work James is a sports enthusiast, particularly loving a punt on the horses, playing golf and watching plenty of rugby and cricket.
