The winner of the new car will be drawn at random on Friday 27th March 2026.
To be eligible for the draw
- This offer is only available in Auckland for residential and lifestyle listings.
- You must have listed your property for sale with Bayleys Real Estate Ltd (Bayleys Auckland), between 1 September 2025 and 28 February 2026;
- For the purposes of this promotion, the listing date is defined as the day public advertisements of your property are published on bayleys.co.nz, and the participating portal websites (Trade Me Property, Realestate.co.nz, OneRoof, and Hougarden);
- Listings that go “live” after 28 February 2026 will be subject to revised pricing, and any increase in costs must be covered by the vendor;
- Listings that go live after 28 February 2026 are not eligible for the draw;
- You must have used the Energy package to market your home, and paid for your marketing in full or have a funding agreement in place;
- Your property needs to either have been sold by the date of the draw or still in a current sole agency with Bayleys Auckland;
- Withdrawn or expired listings on this date will not be eligible;
- Commercial and lease listings will not have access to the Energy package or entry to the MINI draw.
The car, a brand-new MINI Cooper SE, will be registered in the name(s) as directed by the winner. The winner will take delivery of the vehicle from Auckland MINI Garage, in Newmarket. The vehicle is supplied with the full Manufacturer’s Warranty.
The prize is not redeemable for cash. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, all costs associated with owning and running the vehicle thereafter will be the responsibility of the winner. The colour of the car is “Blazing Blue” and cannot be changed at the request of the winner. Images of the MINI featured in Bayleys marketing material are for illustrative purposes only.
