Snow is well known in the Pukekohe community. Born and bred in South Auckland he’s been an award-winning real estate agent in the area for over 10 years and before that owned several businesses based around the automotive industry. This has given him unparalleled local knowledge that his clients benefit from when it comes time to sell their home.

Snow’s background involves having competed in top end motorsports where a millisecond can make the difference between winning or not. He has worked for many well-known motor-racing teams in Europe, Australia and Pukekohe and this means he knows what it takes to deliver great results in high-pressure environments.

Snow aims to make the process of buying or selling a home easy and stress free, delivering the best possible customer experience. He is known for his empathy, ability to listen and negotiation skills, understanding the balance of dedication, motivation and commitment needed to ensure fantastic results.

Outside of work Snow still races motorbikes and competes in go-kart racing. He also enjoys relaxing on his lifestyle property in Patumahoe with family and is a proud grandfather to five grandchildren.

For Snow the best part of real estate is the pleasure he brings to a vendor or purchaser when he exceeds their expectations. He assists people with a variety of real estate transactions including residential, commercial and leasing.

Where knowledge meets exceptional service.

The auction process ensures transparency and an even playing field for all parties. Understanding the auction process means you’ll be cool, calm and collected when it comes time to bid.

Use this guide to ensure the process is as stress-free and easy as possible, so you can begin life in your new home.

As a minimum standard, we will undertake the following activities - before, during and upon the successful sale of your property.

How your home comes across in the first few minutes of viewing with a potential buyer can critically determine the outcome at the other end of the sale process.

Deciding to sell at auction is a big decision which offers great benefits for suitable properties. A sale by auction puts serious buyers together in one place to determine true market value.

A tender is a method of selling a property which requires all buyers to submit their sealed offers to the seller - through the seller’s agent - by a set date.

As with many situations in life, being prepared and armed with the best knowledge and information, is the key to successfully managing a positive outcome for the sale of your home.

As the most open and transparent of all sale methods, it’s of little surprise that in a competitive market, more than a third of all Kiwi sellers are choosing to list their property for sale by auction.
