After making the decision to sell the next most important decision is the appointment of the agent. We recently bought and sold property with Peter Cleave. We had looked for a new home for several years and had come across Peter many times during that process. We liked his professional, straightforward manner and this made him a great person to deal with when we finally found a new home. We then listed with Peter and found him very easy to deal with. He got onto organising the sale quickly and efficiently and was respectful of our time and privacy.
