After making the decision to sell the next most important decision is the appointment of the agent. Excellent Performance Throughout a Challenging Sale Process. Peter, Lisa and Myles delivered a good result for us. Our house was a high value property that required significant remedial works, ( which were fully disclosed ). This reduced the number of interested buyers and created real challenges for the agent in a rapidly cooling market. Peter and the Cleaves' perseverance and problem solving skills got a difficult sale over the finish line.
