As part of ‘The Cleaves’, I specialise in selling properties throughout the Eastern Bays; from Remuera and Parnell through to St Heliers and Glendowie. Helping my clients achieve the best possible results in their real estate transactions.

Excellent Performance Throughout a Challenging Sale Process. Peter, Lisa and Myles delivered a good result for us. Our house was a high value property that required significant remedial works, ( which were fully disclosed ). This reduced the number of interested buyers and created real challenges for the agent in a rapidly cooling market. Peter and the Cleaves' perseverance and problem solving skills got a difficult sale over the finish line. Any agent can sell a perfect house in a hot market, but now that it's a buyers' market again, experience like Peter, Lisa and Myles' really counts.
