Michael is an Associate Director at Bayleys North Shore Commercial specialising exclusively in Investment and Development Sales. Michael has concluded over 200 transactions comprising over $500,000,000 of total sales value of predominately North Shore investment and development sales and has been a consistent top performer for over 10 years at Bayleys. Specialising only in sales of this nature Michael has amassed a track record second to none in suburbs such as Takapuna, Milford, Devonport, Browns Bay, Long Bay and Birkenhead and the wider North Shore.

Michael represents a mix of both private, institutional and public clients and in addition to more traditional investment and development sales has been appointed to divest more complex and high profile assets such as Auckland Council owned properties, Kainga Ora land, subdivisions under the Public Works Act, Fire Stations, Churches, Medical Centres, Rest Homes and Communes.

Having a Degree in Property Valuation provides Michael with a unique perspective to represent clients and a tangible advantage to unlocking premium values for the properties that he markets evidenced by a long track record of record yields and meter rates achieved. Michael has a proud North Shore heritage having been raised in the East Coast Bays, is a Rangitoto College and Massey University alumni and is passionate about the future of the region.
