A long-time Eastern Bays local, Mel Evans combines extensive real estate experience with a background in communications, marketing, graphic design and photography and a genuine understanding of the community she works in.
Having worked in both residential sales and sales management, Mel brings experience, strong marketing instincts and a straightforward approach to every campaign. She believes in honest advice, clear communication and telling clients what they need to know, rather than simply what they want to hear.
She also understands that selling a home rarely happens in isolation. It can come at a time of significant change - growing families, downsizing, separation, financial decisions or simply deciding what comes next. Mel takes the time to understand the bigger picture and prides herself on making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel manageable and well supported.
Mel has deep roots in her local community, having chaired the Kohimarama School PTA and led the local Plunket committee. She currently volunteers with Meals on Wheels and the Eastern Bays Community Patrol.
Outside real estate, you'll find Mel walking the Bays, doing Pilates, writing, indulging her love of photography, planning her next overseas adventure or spending time with her family and three young-adult children.
