Buying or selling a home is one of life’s most exciting - and emotional - journeys. Maja’s goal is to make that process smooth, empowering, and rewarding for her clients. Whether they are buying their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or starting fresh, she guides them with empathy, integrity, and determination to achieve the very best result for themselves and their families.

As a proud mum and European who has built a new life in New Zealand, Maja truly understands the challenges and emotions that come with finding not just a house, but a home. Her journey has taught her the value of resilience, care, and trust - qualities she brings to every client relationship.

With a background as a lawyer, clarity, precision, and strategic insight come naturally to Maja, alongside her genuine passion for real estate. Her “superpowers” as the mother of a young daughter give her an authentic understanding of how emotional the process of moving home can be. She also brings creativity and modern marketing skills, including graphic design, AI tools, and innovative strategies, ensuring every property she represents truly stands out.

Her diverse international career in law, HR, and leadership, along with insight gained through supporting her husband’s successful painting business, has given her a deep understanding of both the practical and emotional sides of creating a home. Working with Bayleys’ premium brand, strong national network, and market visibility means Maja’s clients benefit from both personal insight and world-class support throughout their property journey.

For Maja, real estate is more than transactions - it’s about people, trust, and life-changing decisions. Her clients value her energy, attention to detail, and genuine care. Being multilingual further strengthens this, allowing her to connect with clients from different cultures and make their property journey more accessible and personal. She focuses on understanding their needs, supporting them every step of the way, and helping them take brave, confident decisions - true to the meaning of her name, Maja (pronounced “Maia” - meaning “brave” in Māori).

Based on Auckland’s North Shore, Maja is committed to helping families and individuals navigate the property market with clarity, care, and results-driven solutions.

Turning property decisions into confident new beginnings.
