His achievements include several prestigious awards, such as the International Hall of Fame in 2022 and recognition as the #2 Agent for New Zealand in 2023 with his previous company.

Since 2020, Loua has held a Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4), and in 2024, he completed his Level 5 Branch Manager qualification. After operating in the Millwater/Silverdale area, Loua now leads the team at Bayleys Wanaka, where he is focused on driving performance and contributing to one of New Zealand’s most exciting property markets. His goal is to build strong relationships, uphold high ethical standards, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Bayleys Wanaka office.
