With a career spanning retail management in Australia and England, two decades of business ownership in Northland and more than twenty years working as an interior designer, Louise (known to most as Lou) has spent her entire professional life mastering the art of understanding people and delivering results.

Lou has deep personal roots in the Ponsonby and Grey Lynn area. Her father grew up in Grey Lynn, her sister and friends are woven through the neighbourhood, and she has spent well over a decade connected to its streets, cafés, and community.
