Jill Downie is a Commercial Broker who is part of the successful City and Fringe Team in the Auckland CBD, specialising in investment and development property.

Jill began her real estate career in Wellington in 1985, selling residential property for many years before moving to the Bayleys Capital Commercial Sales and Leasing team in 1999. Since then, she has established an impressive sales history, including working in Commercial Investment Sales in Queensland, Australia.

Her longevity and success in the industry, which spans more than 25 years, can be attributed to her enthusiasm, strong people skills, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity, along with commitment and focus to achieve the best results for her clients.
