With over 16 years in UK real estate, Jacob brings a wealth of international experience to the Waiheke property market. He was instrumental in building two of the most successful offices in the Southwest of England for leading agency Hunter French, cementing his reputation for achieving outstanding results.

Jacob’s clients value his ability to make the buying and selling process seamless, combining expert market knowledge with a calm, straightforward approach. Known for clear, concise advice and genuine connection, he ensures every client feels confident and supported throughout their property journey.

Describing himself as “not your typical real estate agent,” Jacob credits his perspective to a varied life -from growing up with BBC journalist parents to sailing around the world as a skipper in his 20s. His international experience and media recognition as a trusted property commentator enable him to anticipate market shifts and position his clients for success.

Away from real estate, Jacob is a father of two, he and his family love exploring new places, snorkeling Waiheke’s coastline, and sharing time together over board games. When time allows, Jacob is a passionate sailor and surfer.
