Office LeasingHayley Preston is a commercial real estate broker in the Auckland city office leasing team at Bayleys. Prior to this she was the Fair Director of the Aotearoa Art Fair, New Zealand’s premier contemporary art event. As Fair Director, Hayley led the strategic planning, sales, marketing and execution of the annual event which took place at The Cloud in Auckland. The fair attracted 10,000 visitors, secured sponsorship from prominent local and international brands, and featured 41 galleries and artwork by more than 150 artists from across the Pacific Rim. Art sales over the five-day event exceeded NZ$4million in 2023.
Hayley brings a high level of project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to her role at Bayleys.
