Harrison approaches commercial real estate with an owner’s mindset, shaped by a full-lifecycle understanding of property. His experience across valuation, property/ asset management, construction, and brokerage enables disciplined, strategic advice focused on performance, risk, and long-term value creation.

He began his career at CBRE before managing a $135 million national portfolio across multiple asset classes. In 2025, he co-founded Construct & Maintain (C&M), delivering a retail fit-out for a nationwide brand and a ground-up build on behalf of a substantial developer.

Drawing on experience across both ownership and delivery, Harrison creates practical, well-structured solutions that support confident decision-making and reinvestment. He specialises in Auckland’s metropolitan markets, supported by Bayleys’ national platform.
