Dylan’s father was a real estate agent who owned his own branch and Dylan was inspired by his work in the industry. Dylan had a varied career before real estate including as a chef and courier driver. This taught him the importance of timing, coordination and thriving in high-pressure environments, and honed his ability to manage time effectively and communicate with a wide variety of people.
For Dylan there is nothing better than seeing satisfied vendors. Meeting new people, presenting fantastic offers to owners and negotiating deals are incredibly rewarding. In his spare time Dylan enjoys rally car driving and has ranked in the top 5 in New Zealand. He also loves spending time with his family, which includes his four children, and living on 33 acres keeps him busy.
